Mahama’s bodyguards embarrass Owusu Bempah after he tried to greet him in church

The bodyguards of the former president of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama gave the founder and leader of Glorious Word and Power Ministries, Reverend Owusu Bempah the embarrassing of a lifetime on 1st December 2019.

John Mahama and Owusu Bempah clashed at the Holy Ghost Revival Center of the Assemblies of God, South Odorkor, after years of the later prophesying doom for the former president and his family.

Rev. Owusu Bempah inside the church decided to approach the former president and shake hands with him after shaking hands with other dignitaries present.

But the bodyguards of John Mahama made up of the hawk vigilante group descended on Owusu Bempah and stopped him from getting close.

But Owusu Bempah insisted he wanted to just greet the former president. His action even angered them more.

Meanwhile, church programs had come to a standstill. After minutes of back and forth, The former president stepped in and greeted Owusu Bempah before he left.

Amongst the dignitaries present were National Organizer of the NPP, Sammi Awuku, Hon. Joe Appiah, Fmr MP for Ablekuma North, General Treasurer of the Assemblies of God Church, Ghana, Rev. Dr. Sam Ato Bentil, Regional Superintendent of the A/G in Greater Accra, District Pastors.

Mahama was at the church with the Constituency Executives of Ablekuma North and the Parliamentary Candidate of the NDC in the Ablekuma North Constituency.
